Delivery
Our current method of delivery is Royal Mail - At present we only deliver to the UK - You will verify this before proceeding to payment in the cart.

Discounts & Free Shipping
Our discounts (as of 27/05/2021) are based on card variety EG Buy 4 cards af the same size but different designs for a 10% Discount.
On occasions we offer free shipping either based on order cost or order quantity - You'll see these on the homepage

Returns Policy
If you have any problems with any of these items, please contact us in the first instance and we will endeavour to sort it out.

If  you have received the wrong item or a damaged item please email clear images of the item and Simply Sue Cards will consider either replacement  or issue a refund (see below for damaged items).

Damaged Items
Occasionally, despite our packaging, items do get damaged in transit. In this instance you will be requested to provide photographs of the damaged item, including any damage sustained to the packaging. Please retain all packaging as this may need to be inspected by Royal Mail/Courier as part of the claims process. Once we have received pictures of the damage, we will consider the replacement of the item, or a refund. 

Lost Items
All our orders are despatched through Royal Mail.

If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us to advise non-receipt. If you have not received your item we will try to locate the item. You may be asked to provide furter details on an appropriate claim form which will be forwarded to Royal Mail. Royal Mail may also contact you regarding the lost item.

Prices
We make every effort to ensure that all prices and product information are as accurate as possible. Prices and product availability may be changed without notice.

Payment
All online payments are conducted through PayPal on secure servers..

There will be no contractual obligation between you and Simply Sue Cards for the supply of any product until such time as the goods are shipped and the credit / debit card debited.

Any disputes or claims arising from such a contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Security
Our website is secure. Credit card details are not stored online. We use secure SSL encryption systems for all transactions so you can shop in confidence.
